Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Report print defects, damage, an incorrect item or visible quality problems promptly. Fourthwall reviews the issue and provides a replacement or refund where covered by its conditions or required by law.
Include your order number, a short description and clear photos of the full product and the issue. Our contact form requires photos for received-product quality claims; photos are not a condition of statutory withdrawal.
Fourthwall’s Terms specify 30 days from the order for supplier-warranty defects. Its quality-support guide currently describes reporting within 30 days of delivery. These policy windows do not limit any longer mandatory legal rights.
Changed your mind or chose the wrong size?
Our prints are made on demand. Fourthwall generally does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for non-defective items because of a change of mind or a size you selected incorrectly, unless its applicable policy or the law provides otherwise.
The statutory withdrawal rights below are separate from that voluntary policy.
Your EU, EEA and UK withdrawal rights
For eligible physical goods, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Use Fourthwall’s withdrawal or cancellation function on your order-status page when available, or contact support for help notifying Fourthwall.
The personalized-goods exception applies only where an item is genuinely made to your individual specifications, such as your own text, bespoke measurements or an image you upload. A standard Viarcana Canvas is not automatically excluded merely because it is printed on demand.
Follow Fourthwall’s return instructions for the applicable address, timing and costs. Nothing on this page restricts your statutory rights or Fourthwall’s withdrawal process.
Changing or cancelling an order
Order edits or production cancellation may be possible before production begins, where Fourthwall makes the option available. Check the link in your confirmation email promptly. Once production starts, those operational options may close; this does not remove any applicable statutory withdrawal rights.
