For purchases completed through Fourthwall, Fourthwall is the seller and Merchant of Record. Fourthwall and its production partners handle production, fulfillment and shipping.
Viarcana is available to customers around the world. Actual shipping availability depends on the product and destination accepted by Fourthwall checkout.
Enter your complete, correct address at checkout to see the available services, shipping charge and delivery estimate for your products, quantities and destination. Shipping is free only if your actual checkout shows a zero shipping charge.
Making your artwork and transporting it are separate stages. Refer to the specific estimate in Fourthwall checkout and your order updates.
Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Production, carriers, customs, holidays, weather, destination and other external events can affect arrival.
When available, tracking and updates appear through Fourthwall’s order-status page and order communications. Items may be made or shipped separately and arrive in more than one parcel, with different tracking updates.
VAT, other taxes, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the destination and shipping arrangement. Check Fourthwall’s checkout breakdown and notices to see which charges are collected there; others may be payable on delivery. Do not assume all import charges are included.
